Ζητώ η Ελλάς! Χρόνια Πολλά! Today is March 25th, a double holiday for which we celebrate Greek Independence Day, commemorating the revolution to emancipate Greeks from 400 years of oppression under Ottoman rule. Today is very important as it is the Annunciation of the Theotokos as we commemorate that Archangel Gabriel’s announcement to the Virgin Mary that she would conceive and bear Jesus, the Son of God. This double holiday is not a coincidence! Σήμερα, 25 Μαρτίου, οι Έλληνες γιορτάζουμε μια διπλή εθνική και θρησκευτική εορτή, που έχει βαθιά σημασία τόσο για την ιστορία όσο και για την πίστη μας. Wednesday, January 21st is set to be a very special evening for all who attend! The Atheras Chapter 12 is working hard preparing to host the Federation and some very important figures in our community.

Please be sure that your church / society / organization is represented with delegates.

Dinner will be served at 6pm and the meeting will commence at 7pm
