August Recap: Tee and Angie
These educated ladies are working with a purpose! Tia has a big heart for those just coming out of jail without direction of how to live right and become better. She wants to own an organization that helps former inmates start their lives over and set their feet on a lighter path--amazing. Angie has a big heart for her family in Columbia. She is the foundation for her family and is willing to work hard enough to hold them up. "Delight yourself in the Lord, and He shall give you the desires of your heart!" Psalm 37:4. Shine through!

August Recap: David and Yoni
These two are something else.. for the most part, they don't have much in common. Their paths of life are in totally different directions, but they connected solely from one thing. Music.
David invited us to sing with him while he played the guitar and Yoni came next to us to listen. We soon found out that Yoni played guitar too! David encouraged Yoni to play. It was great. Complete strangers can connect with songs, but it's better when the songs are songs of worship. Praise God!

Tee was so grateful. We declared that not only will she be able to physically run again, but her "walk" in life to fulfill her dreams will turn to running. She's gonna take-off and her dream job is going to come a lot sooner than she thinks! It's only up from here.

"I've never been in Philly before--like for me to walk in and meet you guys is serious."
We learned that Tee had back pains often and tendinitis in her knees. She ran in high school and hasn't ran since then, so we asked if we could pray for her so she would be able to run again. Tee let us pray for her. This is a clip of her reaction. God is amazing. SHINE THROUGH!

Meet Tee! She's in Philly for a couple days to catch up with her friend Jen. We meet as they're heading to their car to leave. Tee is going back to Maryland and the car is parked at a timed meter, so they were somewhat in a rush! But Tee was excited and took up the opportunity, took pictures with us and received prayer.
