Yesterday we had the opportunity to do a brief showcase which partially highlighted our ever growing skillset in the art and sport of lion dance. 🦁💃

Our lion dance team has expanded, evolved, and elevated in many facets and we are so proud to see the results of their hard work.

This was also an opportunity for our sponsors to see what they are investing into and to let others who are thinking about sponsoring our team see what we as a team and organization are capable of!

🚨🚨🚨 CALLING ALL SPONSORS!!! 🚨🚨🚨

We are sending a lion dance team to observe the 2026 USA National Lion Dance Championship in Grand Prairie, Texas to observe and learn with the anticipation to begin competing in calendar year 2027. Sponsors will help fund upcoming travel, equipment expenses, and any other upcoming expenses associated with competing in lion dance competitions domestically and internationally.

Any business that wishes to donate, will have the opportunity to have their logo printed on our competition uniforms; pictures of our team in uniform will be circulated on our socials.

We will also post a commemorative appreciation post on all our socials thanking all sponsors!

Animals, art, and celebration come together for our Family Festival: Animals in Art on May 3. Join us from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM as we celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islander Month with interactive fun for the whole family.

- What animal brings you good luck, confidence, or power? Draw your animal using ink on rice paper.
- Create artwork inspired by this month's Cultural Heritage Artist, Hui-Yi Kuo.
- Explore shapes and patterns surrounded by animals both real and imagined in Gallery 321.
- Get inspired by Chinatown’s own Philadelphia Suns as they weave through the museum with their dynamic Lion Dance.
