The Lee Monument Foundation is a non-profit organization that helps families who cannot afford to purchase a headstone for their child. The child/children must be/been between the ages of infant (zero months) to 12 years at the time of their death(s) and passed away as a result of an act of violence in Philadelphia and the surrounding areas. In 2022, the Lee Monument Foundation was created by Jim Lee, owner of Lee Monument Company. The sole inspiration for creating the Lee Monument Foundation was Jim Lee’s sister, Rosalyn Lee, who passed away in 2021 due to COVID 19.

Over the past 15 years, the Lee Monument Company has donated 52 headstones to children with families who couldn’t afford one.
