We would like to thank all members and guests who joined us on Monday for the club wash party. During the event, we washed both our Lance and the new-to-us Archer aircraft. The Dakota was unable to participate as it was away on a trip. After the wash, we enjoyed pizza, held our monthly meeting, and had a presentation on the new Garmin avionics installed in the Archer.

Since our Dakota (N51SW) is in the middle of an engine overhaul, our club decided to do an interior refresh and window replacement as well. Multiple of our club members have contributed a significant amount of time to upgrading the interior and we're super thankful for their efforts! Here are some pictures of the progress so far.

Delaware Valley Aviation extends a huge, heartfelt "THANK YOU" to longtime club member Rick Temple, who is stepping down after decades of service to the club.

Rick has been the club's longest serving member, and has also held many leadership positions in the club including club president, vice president, secretary, chief flight instructor, and aircraft maintenance officer!

Rick has also served as a volunteer with Angel Flight East and the Civil Air Patrol.

You have made the aviation community a better place, Rick. Thank you!
