It is with a heavy heart that we share the heartbreaking news of the passing of our beloved family member, GREGORY K. SANFORD. 🕊️

Greg was deeply loved, and his presence touched the lives of so many. We know this news may come as a shock, and we invite everyone who knew and loved him to keep our family in your thoughts and prayers as we navigate this difficult time.

Rest peacefully, Greg. You are loved, you are missed, and you will never be forgotten. 🤍🕊️

What an incredible celebration of Coltrane 100: John Coltrane: The Man & His Music!

We extend our deepest appreciation to Leslie Willis-Lowry, and Dr. Diane D. Turner Lead Archivists at Charles L. Blockson Afro-American Collection at Temple University Libraries, for curating an exhibition that beautifully reflects John Coltrane’s spiritual journey, remarkable artistry, revolutionary career, and his own spiritual voice.

A special thank you to the Charles L. Blockson Afro-American Collection at Temple University Libraries and Shawn Theodore (Installer), for their outstanding work and for allowing us to house and host such an important and culturally meaningful exhibition.

Thanks to Scribe Video Center, colleagues, partners, volunteers, community supporters, and EVERYONE who lent a hand or came out during North Philadelphia’s History Festival. 🙏🏽 and Friends of the Henry O. Tanner House THANK YOU!

Your presence, support, and love for John Coltrane and his music helped make this ongoing program truly special.
