CandidPhilly Click 'About' to find out more. Throughout the summer we will be collecting and posting some of the best street photography in the city.

CandidPhilly wants to see your best candid (meaning unplanned, or the opposite of the "below-the-camera-looking-up-Facebook-cute-smile" pose) images from around the city. It's all about the subject and the eye of the photographer. We want to see pictures from great cameras, old cameras, phones, and Quaker Oat boxes. There is so much to see in this city and we're betting there will be plenty enough

to entertain, inform, confuse, and inspire. For now, we will post the photos by neighborhood. In the fall, CandidPhilly will exhibit the photos with the most likes, as well as a few that we hold in reserve, in a gallery show at The Cambridge on South Street. The best of the best will get some great prizes and a pretty god awful trophy. To have one of your photos included, please send them to [email protected]. If you can, include details about your image..place, time, event, etc.
