Volunteering Untapped PHL We volunteer the second Saturday of the month with a nonprofit in Philadelphia who focus on education, sustainability, or health & human services. Now it is.

Then we head to a nearby bar or restaurant post-volunteering for our “Afterjawn.” The concept is simple – we volunteer with a different nonprofit organization in Philadelphia on the second Saturday of every month from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, then spend the afternoon at a local bar for food, drinks, networking and fun with everyone who volunteered. This program was created to give young professionals

the opportunity for inspiring, rewarding and impactful experiences that will help forge a passion for future volunteering – both with our organization and on their own. Volunteering Untapped was born out of the realization that young professionals in Baltimore want to give back to their community, but simply don’t know the best way to get involved. We solve that problem. Volunteering should be easy.

Choose your journey on Saturday, May 10:
🪴 Love Your Park @ Carroll Park for tree planting, clean-up, and a post-party celebration.
🥕 OR Sharing Excess @ Malcolm X Park to help distribute free food to neighbors.

And don’t forget...
🍻 Beers with Volunteers is BACK on Saturday, May 17 (3–6pm). $15 gets you in, $30 gets you in plus swag.

On Saturday, we rolled up to Tacony Creek Park with our friends from United By Blue for a big ol' cleanup—and wow, did the Philly volunteer community SHOW UP.

With the help of over 250 volunteers we removed 49,626lbs of illegally dumped debris!

Together, we cleared tires, trash, and debris from the woods and waterways. It was muddy, it was sweaty, it was beautiful.

Special shoutout to the Philadelphia Water Department Waterways Restoration Unit who joined us onsite. And to all of YOU who showed up to lift, haul, and high-five—THANK YOU.

You made a major impact, and we’re so grateful to be in community with you ❤
