What do you DO when you're being harassed at work and there's no HR? Or when the person harassing you is in management? Or when it just doesn't feel safe to report the harasser to management?

It's a tough spot to be in, and this advice does not apply to every situation, but in general...

1. DOCUMENT everything, or as much as possible. Who, what, where and when; write down all the pertinent details and keep reliable, organized notes. A
journal is a great place to keep all this information. Also, screenshot any DMs or messages the harasser is sending you.
2. Talk about it! It's hard, it might feel embarrassing, but speaking truth to power can be empowering in and of itself. Talk to management (if possible), confide in
trusted coworkers, lean on your support system, learn about workplace organizing and know you can do hard things. Plus, our DMs are always open
