Your Neighborhood Community Action Center 3 is partnering CITY ID & with the Philadelphia Parking Authority to host an important Community Meeting-and we want to hear from YOU!

Date: April 14, 2026
Time: 10am to 1pm
The PHL City ID will be on site. It is an optional, valid, goverment-issued photo identification card that is accepted by all City Services and City funded programs.

🔴 Access Healthcare services
🔴 Open a bank account at participating banks and credit unions
🔴 Sign into schools and city buildings

Q&A WITH PPA
Time: 6:00pm-7:00pm
