Activistas! We cannot believe that it has been over a year since we launched Manteniendo Nuestra Cultura! The official VeggieMijas vegan cookbook created by and for the VM community 🧡 Thank you SO much to every person who has supported this project.

With over 20 recipes contributed by 14 incredible collaborators, this cookbook is a true labor of love, rooted in storytelling, cultural heritage, and sustainability. Be sure to check out reel tutorials on our Instagram page to see some of our fav recipes in action ⭐️

The project is available via our website for digital download( llink in bio). A portion of the proceeds from this cookbook go to Veggie Mika’s to continue uplifting BIPOC and margnizalized communities through events such as potlucks, educational workshops, community gardening, and book clubs 🌱🌎
