Friends of Philadelphia Trolleys Philadelphia Trolleys Donations to FPT are tax deductible. FPT plans to further its goals through membership fees, donations and by sponsoring special events.

The Friends of Philadelphia Trolleys (FPT) members are interested in Philadelphia’s history and the role that electric trolleys played in the City’s development. We are also interested preserving the historic trolleys which ran in the Philadelphia area (PTC, SEPTA and Red Arrow)

FPT is a non-profit Pennsylvania corporation. Our charter states “FPT is a non-profit group that will foster the rest

For starters, please send $35.00 for a one year’s membership to become one of the “Friends of Philadelphia Trolleys”. Tax deductible donations in any amount are also appreciated. You can make a difference by making a tax-deductible donation. Membership dues are due in April, please put you membership number on the check. New members will get their membership number when they sign up. Membership runs from July 1 to June 30

The Pennsylvania Trolley Museum is proud to present their version of "The Spirit of 1776" this Friday, June 26 at 2PM and celebrate America's 250th with their Anything on Wheels Event this weekend.

Anything on Wheels, June 27-28, is an annual event for car enthusiasts and history buffs, featuring trolley parades, a car show, and much more. Other large vehicles will make special appearances, including buses, construction equipment, delivery trucks, tractors, and more.

The weekend will feature trolley parades on Saturday, rides on restored antique
streetcars, as well as food trucks & entertainment. This event is open to the public at regular museum admission rates. Both days run from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM.
