Climate justice is about more than the environment. It’s about our communities, our health, and our future.

For years, the NAACP has been working to address the root causes and impacts of climate disasters, while pushing for policies that protect the communities most impacted and create a healthier, more equitable future.

Join us during Climate Week NYC for conversations on climate justice, environmental equity, and what it takes to build a future where our communities can thrive.

This win didn't happen by accident but through relentless advocacy and legal action from the NAACP and our allies. The fight for voting rights continues, but today, we celebrate.

After ESPN gave Senator Ted Cruz (R-Texas) a platform to push for the Protect College Sports Act, with no opposing view offered, the NAACP challenged ESPN to provide its president, Derrick Johnson, with a similar opportunity this weekend, when College GameDay goes to Oxford, Mississippi.
