Most of us are familiar with the old, but popular African Proverb “It takes a village to raise a child”. This proverb has been used for many years. Here we are decades later, in 2015, and I still agree with it. Today I take a step further to say that I personally believe “It takes a team of extraordinary moms to nurture, raise, & parent extraordinary child(ren"). I'm a proud and priviedged mom of
a 6year old extraordinary genius. My personal experiences with my son has enrooted a sincere compassion inside me to advocate for my son, & other special needs children. I created this page to encourage other moms who are raising special needs, Autistic, or Autistic spectrum child(ren.
