The Pennsylvania Immigration and Citizenship Coalition (PICC) is a diverse group that brings together professionals, advocates and immigrant groups of different backgrounds to share information and resources, identify common problems, and advocate for solutions. Our membership includes community groups, legal service providers, social service providers, healthcare organizations, mutual assistance

associations, immigrant leaders, unions, faith communities, and concerned individuals. We believe that immigrants, refugees and other new Americans make significant contributions to our nation, state, region, and our local communities. They pay taxes in our local economy, revitalize neighborhoods as renters and home owners, consumers and business owners, and bring a rich cultural diversity.

Dauphin County families deserve a county government that keeps our communities together — not one that helps ICE tear them apart.

We’re calling on the Dauphin County Commissioners to pass a Welcoming County Law that ends collaboration with ICE and ensures meaningful language access for all residents.

There’s no reason our local tax dollars should be helping ICE rip people out of their communities.

CONGRATULATIONS WILKINSBURG FOR PASSING THEIR WELCOMING CITY LAW! We celebrate the powerful work of all the community leaders who have worked for months to get this passed. Shout out to PIC members , and Somali Bantu Community Association of Pittsburgh, and everyone in the All for All coalition for the amazing work you are doing to pass Welcoming City laws across Allegheny County! Because we know it is never the job of our local governments to collaborate with ICE.

We’re calling on the County Commissioners to pass a Welcoming County Law that ends collaboration with ICE and ensures real language access for immigrant families.

Pennsylvania should protect immigrant families, not help ICE surveil, detain, or deport our neighbors!

Governor and have the power to end Pennsylvania’s collaboration with ICE. That means ending harmful data sharing, stopping Department of Corrections collaboration with ICE, and taking administrative action to protect immigrant communities across the Commonwealth.
