➡️ Stop honoring ICE detainers
➡️ Issue an Emergency Removal Order to shut down the Abraxas child detention center

As Donald Trump's approval continues to decline, his administration is once again trying to score political points by attacking immigrant communities. Instead of addressing the rising cost of housing, healthcare, and education, it's spending tax dollars suing Philadelphia over laws designed to protect community trust and ensure local resources aren't used to fuel federal immigration enforcement.

Philadelphia has the right to decide how it serves its residents, not have its priorities dictated by political theater in Washington. PIC stands with the City of Philadelphia, our coalition members, and every immigrant family who calls this city home. We'll continue fighting for policies that make our communities safer, stronger, and more welcoming for everyone.
