Our goal is to identify gaps between usable, healthy food and Philadelphia's emergency food system and to close those gaps through an innovative three-pronged approach:

1. Local Food Businesses:
-Collect extra bread and produce from bakeries, small grocers, and food co-ops.
-Deliver donations to emergency food providers.

2. Farmers' Markets:
