You should do what you are told. 🤔

Most of us don't relish the opportunity to be told what to do; we long to have the freedom to discover and choose. However, this comes with some level of responsibility for awareness of the nature and impacts of our choices.

Allow us to offer a few premises. We each bring unique and valuable perspectives. We collectively know and understand far more than any one of us does. Being involved in and a part of creating something generates connections and agreement at a much deeper level.

Co-creating most effectively requires the activation of our personal agency - our capability to be self-directed in responsible ways. Being self-directed requires that we examine the source of our beliefs about what we perceive to be reality. It is this indirect work that is needed to understand and evolve our own thinking and being states.

So how do we do this together? Come join us in the exploration and practical applications. Co-hosted by Cameron Miller.

Who are we?
Regenerative Nexus emerged to enable system-change-makers to step into new levels of capability and “affectiveness” in creative new ways. We serve this purpose by tending to the reintegration of projects, learning, and communities. Under-supported projects, the evolution of how education works in our society, and the communities intertwined with both, all need one another to be regenerated.

How do we develop a level up mindset? What capacities are needed to meet people, not where they are, but a level beyond what they can currently see or sense?

At every moment we are capable of sensing beyond our verbal and body language interactions with others. Our ability to engage in a way that supports purposeful behavior, is energizing, an allows for space to deeply examine what is sourcing our beliefs is dictated by which levels we can sustain ourselves. Being conscious of the multitude levels we are engaging with at any given moment, is the first step in seeing unfolding thinking structures for deeper understanding.

We invite you to join us in this exploration as a part of the Becoming Regenerative series. Co-hosted by Miguel Quinones.

Do you find yourself frequently engaged in processes that produce new thinking?

To an extent, we all "sleep" at times through our waking lives. We go on "automatic-pilot" and fall back to a certain mechanicalness in our thinking and our doings.

So how do we remember to raise our awareness of the emergent properties of the life that surrounds us to shift both? What capacities and capabilities are necessary for this?

While there is no "one way", we suggest a premise that engaging at a conscious level involves doing so within the context of everyday life, along with communities of people who are also seeking to evolve their consciousness.

We invite you to join us in this exploration as a part of the Becoming Regenerative series. Co-hosted by Tom Palmer.

What is a regenerative policy?

Policies are created to solve problems. They often produce unintended consequences that stem from the same mindset that created it in the first place.

How can policies be developed in a way that explore a systemic effects they have on larger living systems? How does the practice of external considering be integrated into the development of policies?

Join us for our next session in the Becoming Regenerative series as we explore the the nested effects of the development of policies. Co-hosted by Joya Bhandari.

Image your child (or another child) growing up. They are full of unlimited potential. The potential to become who they truly are at their very core. The role of a loving family is to nurture, enable and grow that inherent potential as much as they can.

What if we viewed the situations in our lives as being full of unrealized potential, like that beloved child? What shifts in you when you engage a situation from the perspective of its innate potential rather than as a problem to solve?

Our premise is that problems cannot be systemically solved without understanding and aligning around the potential embedded in any situation.

Join us for our next session in the Becoming Regenerative series as we explore the harmonizing/reconciling energy created from a focus on potential.

Premise: Regenerative is not only something you do, it is a mindset that requires a process of becoming (for most of us raised within a western worldview).

Within this becoming is the nature of our relationship to the places we inhabit. We believe that local places are the right scale to engage and that each place on the planet has a singular spirit and unique essence (like every other living being).

In this session we will explore the nature of your relationship to your place, how this influences outcomes, and why being place-sourced matters.

Are you curious about what it means to Become Regenerative?

We are extending an invitation for you to join us in a series of monthly sessions geared toward those who are largely unfamiliar with regenerative practice but intrigued to learn more, one small bite at a time.

If you:
🤔 believe that profound changes require an evolution of our collective mindsets and worldviews and are unsure of how to go about it
🤔 enjoy playing in the sandbox of ideas around how to shift our culturally conditioned ways
🤔 are frustrated with the inherent limitations of sustainability initiatives and metrics
🤔 experience profound disconnects from the dominant culture that surrounds us all and know humanity needs to grow up
🤔 wish to build your capabilities to more effectively understand complexity in systemic ways

Then these sessions might be just what you’ve been waiting for.
