Our Journey for Joey

Our Journey for Joey "Our Journey for Joey" is a cross-country endeavor in memory of Joseph Gindele. He was a kind and caring young man who was always willing to help others.

After silently battling depression for years, Joey took his own life on July 20th. His loss has devastated those close to him, leaving a void that will forever impact their lives. For the next three months, his sister Lauren will be travelling the country with her boyfriend Tim and their dog, Daisy. Along the way, they'll be joined by Joey's mom, Karen, and her dog Chili, as well as other friends.

We hope you'll follow us on the journey as well. We'll be updating our travels on our website, www.ourjourneyforjoey.com.

Lauren and I both wrote something to post yesterday but couldn't find internet access to upload it. Letters from Lauren and Tim's Thoughts are now updated. We're grateful for our friends and family and miss all of you. Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving.
