Founded in Detroit, Michigan in 1942 at Lewis Business College, Tau Gamma Delta Sorority, Inc. With chapters in all regions of the U.S., we provide scholarships to youth and volunteer our time in our communities.

Tau Gamma Delta Sorority, Inc. honors our last of eight Founders. Grace Juanita Parnell passed on June 7, 2026. (April 22, 1918 --- June 7, 2026). We believe she was the oldest living Founder of ANY Greek organization We will truly miss her and continue to strive to follow her vision of "Illuminating the Pathway" while serving our communities and providing scholarships to students.
