Meeting Thursday Jan 15th at 6:30 pm at 8th Police Station. We will be voting on a property at 9864 Frankford Avenue. This property is duplex looking to enlarge their driveway. Members and neighbors are encouraged to attend the meeting to learn more and to vote.

A special, public meeting to vote on a variance for 10101 Academy Road will be held at 6:30 pm on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 in the community room at the 8th District Police Station (3100 Red Lion Road). The business seeking the variance is a daycare. Members and residents of Morrell Park and West Torresdale are welcome and encouraged to attend. Any resident who receives a letter in the mail regarding this property/meetingn is also encouraged to attend the meeting to learn more.

Meeting tomorrow at 630 pm at 8th District Police Station. New business to come into the office building across the the 8th District and is requesting a zoning change which means members will be voting.
