We are excited to welcome Sharon Hanscom and Kat Kelly to the POWER Board of Directors.

Their leadership, expertise, and passion for advancing our mission will be invaluable as we continue to grow, strengthen our impact, and empower our POWER community.

Since joining POWER in January 2025, Sharon has been an engaged member and currently leads sponsorship efforts for the upcoming Advocate Awards on October 8. She is an Executive Coach & Leadership Development Consultant who partners with executives and organizations to strengthen leadership effectiveness and develop high-performing leaders.

Kat joined POWER in January 2026 and was a key integral part of the March Signature POWER Event - Speed Mentoring. Kat is the Executive Search Lead at 57th Street Partners, the Executive Advisory division of The O'Connor Group. She will be taking on the role of Emerging Leader within the POWER Board.
