🏓 Serve It Forward is officially underway!

From now through November 15, our community is coming together to raise $50,000 to support Girls Inc. programs reaching more than 3,300 girls and future leaders across our region.

And we need our community to help us get there. đź’ś

❤️GIVE: Every contribution matters. Whether it’s $25, $50, $100 or more, every gift moves us closer to our $50K goal.

👥FUNDRAISE: Want to make an even bigger impact? We’re looking for 15 champions to aim for $1,500 each by engaging their friends, family, colleagues, and networks. $1,500 is a suggested goal—not a requirement. Every dollar you raise counts.

🏓PLAY: Then join us on November 15 as we bring Serve It Forward to the pickleball courts! Whether you’re an experienced player, a beginner, or want to learn the game, there’s a place on the court for you. A $50+ contribution gets you in the game.

Your support helps give girls access to academic enrichment, mentorship, leadership development, and opportunities that help them learn, grow, and lead.

$50K. One community. More opportunities for girls.

đź’ś Donate. Fundraise. Play. Serve It Forward.

Today, we had the honor of attending the Women’sLacrosse League Championship Kickoff, a truly historic moment for women’s sports, especially in Philadelphia. We are grateful to be invited to witness history being written.

A special thank you to the WLL for creating pathways that expand opportunities for girls and young women, and to Harlem Lacrosse for cultivating and empowering girls to not only dream big, but to take their seat at the table as future leaders, athletes, and changemakers.

The future of women’s sports is bright, and our girls belong in it. 🥍✨ We cant wait to see the game August 15,

📢New Blog Alert: Bold Report📝
Nobody wants to say it, so we will.

In Philadelphia, 1 in 4 children lives in poverty. In Camden, 13,500+ kids needed SNAP just to eat last year.

More than half of girls show signs of depression. And youth programming is still treated as optional.

→ 57% of adolescent girls show signs of depression (CDC, 2026)
→ Philadelphia child poverty rate: 28.8%
→ Girls Inc. participants outperform matched peers in academics and leadership (American Institutes for Research)

That math has never added up.

Girls who participate in evidence-based programs like Girls Inc. show measurable gains in academics, leadership, and long-term wellbeing.

The intervention works. Evidence is not the problem. This need to be taken more seriously!

Read our data analysis and share it with a decision-maker who needs to see it. ➡️
