In “Beyond Placement: Why Career Readiness Is Everyone's Responsibility,” Phil Wilkerson explores this question through the lens of the evolving Career Ecosystem model and a LinkedIn poll that generated 100+ responses from his professional network.

The conversation highlights an important idea: Career readiness doesn't belong to one office. Students, Career Services, faculty, employers, alumni, and campus partners all have a role to play.
