In Part 3 of the EACE Leadership Empowerment Series reflection blog, members of the Leadership Empowerment Sub-Committee share insights from this year’s webinar on conflict resolution and reflect on the broader leadership lessons explored throughout the series.

On June 4, mentors and mentees gathered for our Virtual Mentoring Celebration to reflect on the past year and celebrate the connections they built through the program.

More than 25 participants joined the event, and their one-word reflections captured the impact of mentorship, community, and professional growth.
