There are so many things that we can do to protect ourselves from illness of all kinds. The most important has to be proper nutrition. Your immune system is the body's defense against illness and disease. With a strong immune system most illnesses can be defeated. Remember to put the right things into your body. To insure its prepared to fight the good fight.

Hello,

As you may have heard your local Community School William Cramp Elementary School has an event coming up this weekend! Philadelphia has 12 Community Schools, and each are packed with resources and opportunities to help students, families, and community members thrive.

Community Saturday at Cramp will take place this Saturday, April 13 (and May 11 too) from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Community Saturdays are open to all and will include a free professional clothing, and you can help us design the school's new mural. Spread the word, and we hope to see you there!
