My people, I know the anger is real, and I know the demand for justice is justified. But passion without strategy can work against us.
Understand the reality we're facing. Many of the same people and institutions we're challenging control jobs, resources, and systems that countless families depend on every day. They hold economic and political power, and we're confronting that power from within the very system they built.

And remember, not every smile represents solidarity. There may be people who appear to stand with you, earn your trust, and call themselves allies, only to distance themselves or work against you when it matters most. Be discerning about who you trust, and judge people by their actions, not just their words.

That doesn't mean we stay silent. It doesn't mean we stop organizing or demanding justice. It means we move with discipline, purpose, and unity. Every action should strengthen our movement, not make us easier to divide or dismiss.

Think before you act. Organize before you react. Stand together, protect one another, and keep your eyes on the goal: lasting justice, real accountability, and meaningful change. Movements succeed not only because people are courageous, but because they're strategic.
