Kudos to the neighbors of the 1200 block of 68th Avenue, some Oak Lane Tree Tenders and OLCAA Board members for cleaning up the Oak Lane Condos grounds. Spearheaded by the Block Captain of the 1200 Block of 68th Avenue resident and friends help to make the cleanup a fun day. Neighbors coming together to keep our community beautiful.

On August 4, 2015, East Oak Lane celebrated its 4th National Night Out. Neighbors enjoyed hot dogs, sodas, water and jammed to the music from DMS Entertainment and "Smitty from the City".
For the second time in 3 years our East Oak Lane Town Watch and Mr. Eric Brice received awards from the City of Philadelphia.
