Last Saturday, we were honored to partner with Morgan State University as co-host for it's STEMExpo event. Our collaboration resulted in a huge turnout of families across the DMV area:

→ Nearly 1,000 participants, pre-K through 12th grade
→ 61 hands-on exhibits
→ 100+ volunteers
→ 75 Morgan State student ambassadors

We're so appreciative of the Morgan State community welcoming us with open arms and the opportunity to inspire and connect so many young innovators with STEM professionals and employers.

Technology and AI are reshaping what work will look like for future generations. Early exposure helps prepare young people to not simply to keep pace with that future, but to help lead it.

Thank you to the partners who made the day possible: 3M, the American Biotechnology Association, Gilead Sciences, and Mystery AI, LLC - Consulting Agency.

And thank you to every volunteer, exhibitor, and family who helped make it an incredible day for our students.

At our A Better Tomorrow launch, we had the honor of recognizing Congressman Dwight Evans () for his support of The LEON Act and his commitment to building a brighter future for the people of Philadelphia and beyond.

The LEON Act, which the Congressman has tirelessly championed, is part of our A Better Tomorrow agenda in action. The legislation seeks to fund zero-cost certification training through partnerships with local employers, providing pathways to economic mobility for people across the country.

Thank you, Congressman, for building with us.

What a day at STEMFest Philly! 🔬🙌🏽

Hundreds of students and families packed the Vare Recreation Center on July 30th for a day of hands-on activities, community, giveaways, and fun!

Kids K-12 built, experimented, and explored new STEM career possibilities. They asked big questions. And they met scientists, engineers, and innovators who look like them.

That's the key. When a young person sees themselves in a STEM career, a door to opportunity opens.

We're sending a huge thank you to our volunteers, exhibitors, and community partners who made this possible, and to every family who attended.

Philadelphia, we'll see you next year!🫶🏾

This week, we launched our A Better Tomorrow agenda in Philadelphia alongside a room filled with changemakers and advocates ready to build with us.

We were honored to have Mayor Cherelle L. Parker in attendance and our esteemed panelists Harold Epps (Harold T Epps), Anton Moore, Senator Vincent Hughes, and Blane Stoddart in a conversation that inspired us all.

Thank you to every partner, advocate, government official, business executive, and community leader who shared their support, including: Congressman Dwight Evans, City Commissioner Omar Sabir, and Sam Staten Jr.

This event marked an important starting point, not a finish line. As our CEO & President, Louis J King has said, the quest for A Better Tomorrow won't stop in Philadelphia...this is a national movement.

For 60+ years, we've believed something simple: the people who build this country ought to share in what they build. Our President and CEO, Louis J King, shares his thoughts on the current moment and OIC of America's new initiative: A Better Tomorrow.

A Better Tomorrow is our plan to open the door to economic opportunity for forgotten people in forgotten places across the country.
