This is what a union standing by its members looks like.

The workers at Lloyd Industries are standing strong, standing together, and refusing to back down, with the full support of Sheet Metal Workers’ Local 19 and SMART behind them. You are not in this alone.

They aren’t asking for anything unreasonable. They’re fighting for what every worker deserves: fair pay, good healthcare, safe and fair working conditions, a voice on the job, and respect.

And the work they do matters. These skilled workers fabricate fire and smoke dampers and other critical HVAC products designed to help protect buildings, contain fire and smoke, and save lives. Their skill, hard work, and craftsmanship have helped make Lloyd Industries successful.

Now they’re asking Lloyd Industries to recognize the value of the workers behind those products.

Their fight is our fight. Their line is our line. And Local 19 will stand with them for as long as it takes.

THE FIGHT CONTINUES.

Tomorrow, the hardworking men and women of Lloyd Industries will be back on the strike line, and they’ll stay in this fight for however long it takes to win the justice and respect they deserve.

Lloyd Industries is a leading manufacturer of fire and smoke dampers and other critical HVAC products. But that success doesn’t happen by itself.

It is built every single day by the hardworking Local 19 members on the shop floor.

And the importance of their work goes far beyond the company’s bottom line.

For years, these members have built fire and smoke dampers designed to help contain fire and smoke and protect occupants and first responders when the unthinkable happens. Their craftsmanship has contributed to making countless buildings safer and, over the years, has undoubtedly helped protect countless lives.

These workers show up every day, work in tough conditions, and manufacture the products that have made Lloyd Industries successful. They deserve wages, working conditions, and treatment from management that reflect the tremendous value they bring to this company.
