What a beautiful way to kick off our first teen leadership board meeting of the year! 💙

Our teens started the year with learning, teamwork, creativity, and a mitzvah. They learned about the meaning and importance of mezuzot, then worked together in groups to decorate beautiful mezuzah cases.

Their creations were then placed on the doorways of the FamilyMatters building - turning their learning and creativity into a lasting mitzvah.

What a meaningful and inspiring start to the year! We can’t wait to see all that this incredible group of teens will accomplish together.

The 2026–2027 Philly Friendship Circle season is officially HERE! 🎉
We kicked things off with an incredible opening Young Adult Dinner, and the calendar is already packed:
🗓️ < 2 Weeks: First full Teen Leadership Board meeting
🎨 ~3 Weeks: Inaugural Open House Art for Families
🎈 ~7 Weeks: First Sunday Circle
👟 10 Weeks: The 2026 Philly Friendship Walk
To make all of this magic happen, we need a little help gearing up. We’re currently looking for supplies and equipment to support our upcoming programs.
Take a look at our Wish List, pick something that catches your eye, and help us stock up on the things we use throughout the year. Big items, small items, practical items, fun items—we appreciate them all!

At Philly Friendship Circle, you're family from day one - and family doesn't really leave. 💜

Avery grew up here, went off to college, came back to Philly - and came right back to us too. Lynda's kids grew up in this community, and now she volunteers alongside her daughter.

We need more adults like them. We're looking for:
🌟 Sunday Circle group leaders
📸 Photographers willing to donate their time
🎨 Activity facilitators to share their talents
🤝 Young adults to help create a warm atmosphere at our 18+ programs
