The JA Young Professionals Board is hosting a Mini Golf Social & Fundraiser on Wednesday, June 24 from 5–7 PM!

Join us for a fun evening of networking, golf, apps & drinks, and World Cup viewing 🌎⚽️all while supporting efforts to ensure young people across Southeastern PA are equipped for economic mobility.

JA empowers young people with the skills technology can’t replace: critical thinking, creativity, communication, and continuous learning.

Please join us in recognizing Bassam Awadalla as his tenure as Board Chair of Junior Achievement of Southeastern PA comes to a close at the end of this month.

Bassam’s legacy is defined by vision and conviction grounded in the belief that Junior Achievement must not only respond to change, but lead through it. He challenged us to think bigger about our role in closing the gap between education and opportunity, and to pursue impact at scale with intention and urgency.

Because of his leadership, we are better positioned today to meet the moment and the future.

The Dare Deck and SEAcircle have been quite busy since arriving in Boston. Today, both teams participated in professional development workshops alongside other students and attended the Entrepreneurship Expo. They did a great job presenting their products and ideas to business and entrepreneurship experts!

Later, they will practice one final time before tomorrow’s big competition!

Day one in the books! Yesterday, our teams had the opportunity to visit some amazing sites for their JA Job Shadow experience. Pfizer visited JA Worldwide for their site visit, where students learned more about the inner workings of the organization. Meanwhile, Dare deck had the chance to visit RSM.

Students also enjoyed getting to see more of the city throughout the day! The first official day wrapped up with a student social a gathering designed for students to create memories and build new connections.

It is official- the train has left the station and 8 student competitors, their mentors, and chaperones are headed to Boston! We are so lucky to have two teams representing the Southeastern Region of PA at Future Bound this year! The Dare Deck hosted by RSM and SEAcircle hosted by Pfizer are off to network, show off the skills they learned this year, and compete against 14 other teams for the prized Company of the Year award. Stay tuned for more updates on our Young People and their journey this week at Nationals!

Our spring JA Finance Park season has officially come to a close!

This spring, students stepped into the simulation ready to explore adulthood in a whole new way. They budgeted, problem‑solved, made big decisions, and discovered just how capable they are.

To our dedicated JA Finance Park volunteers: your time, energy, and personal stories transformed this experience. You helped students see what’s possible for their futures, and your impact will stick with them long after the simulation ends.

A heartfelt thank‑you to our host schools for welcoming us into your buildings and helping create a supportive, engaging environment for hands‑on learning.
