Last night, we had our 3rd & final installation of the sponsorship of our Entrepreneurship Series with TD at the TD Workshop in University City! In our two previous sessions, we had amazing and diverse entrepreneurs discuss how they started their businesses and how they scaled their businesses after achieving successful growth. This last session focused on how to earn more passive/ side hustle as a working professional.

PART 3❗️ Join us for the final installation of our Entrepreneurship Series! We are excited to announce that this workshop will be held at TD Bank's Innovation space, TD Workshop, in University City!
In our two previous sessions, we had amazing and diverse entrepreneurs discuss how they started their businesses and how they scaled their businesses after achieving successful growth. This last session will discuss how to earn more passive income as a working professional. For those looking to get a start in earning additional income but aren't quite ready to transition from their full-time profession, this session will prepare you with advice from young white-collar professionals on how to begin planning for the future. This session will start with light networking, then will formally open with introductions, then a panel discussion will follow. After the panel, TD Bank, our partner, will give a brief presentation on lending opportunities. As the largest small business administration (SBA) lender on the East Coast, this is a session you will not want to miss. Small plate foods and a variety of beverages will be available to attendees.

We also discussed the challenges of being an entrepreneur and how to ensure that their businesses became successful. This next session will discuss growth strategies and how to scale a business. This session will start with light networking, then will formally open with introductions, then a panel discussion will follow. After the panel, TD Bank, our partner, will give a walkthrough of a small business loan application and review common reasons why applications may be rejected. As the largest small business administration (SBA) lender on the East Coast, this is a session you will not want to miss. Small plate foods and a variety of beverages will be available to attendees.

Reflection point 💫: We are so excited to represent the great Philadelphia professional chapter at the NABA national convention. We feel recharged getting to connect with our greater cohort of individuals representing black excellence. There were a plethora of key takeaways that will stick with our folks in their careers and throughout their NABA tenure. NOLA next year won’t be ready for what’s coming 😎
