It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our beloved Constitution High School alum, Cole Damari Jai Simmons ’13.
Cole faced his cancer diagnosis with extraordinary courage beginning in the 11th grade, continuing to persevere through high school and later graduating from Saint Joseph’s University. He dedicated his life to service as a social worker and became a deeply respected advocate for young people navigating cancer, poverty, and adversity.
Cole’s bright smile, generosity of spirit, and unwavering strength touched countless lives. From his days at Con High to his meaningful work in the community.. he will always be remembered as the remarkable human being he was: compassionate, resilient, and full of light.
Our hearts are with Cole’s family, friends, classmates, and all who were so fortunate enough to know and love him.
