The organization was founded by Tanya M. Chandler, who knows firsthand the struggle of being a single mother and overcoming life obstacles with the hel

p of family, friends, and strangers. Throughout her life, Ms. Chandler has overcome many hardships including divorce, illness, loss and much more. In May 2013, Ms. Chandler suffered a stroke while at work and was unable to provide for her family for several months while recuperating. Thanks to the kind donations from family and her community, Tanya was able to get back on her feet and is now happy and healthy being the best possible mother to her children. Little Treasures of Love provides single mother with the daily necessities they need to help lessen their burden and help them flourish as mothers. Food, clothing, transportation and other essentials are provided to mothers who are in need of the love and support provided by the organization. We understand that life throws us curveballs that we may not be able to handle on our own and that is why we are here to help single mothers live out their lives and grow in love as a family.
