Overbrook Farms Club The Overbrook Farms Club is one of the country's oldest home owners' association, founded in 1896. The community of Overbrook Farms was founded in 1892

Overbrook Farms is a residential neighborhood in Philadelphia listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The neighborhood is located near the western border of the city, leading to Philadelphia 's famed Main Line. At present, there are 413 buildings in Overbrook Farms, which is bounded by 58th and 66th Streets and Woodbine and City Avenues, and bisected by Lancaster Avenue .

1/12/17 - OVERBROOK FARMS CLUB MEETING. The Point (formerly Executive House) at 6100 City Ave has applied for a variance to increase the amount of signage and allow a building sized vinyl (or other) wall wrap on the side of the building. They will be presenting at our upcoming meeting on the 12th at 7:00 at Overbrook Presbyterian Church.

Please consider attending and providing community input to this request. Our board meetings are the 2nd Thursday of each month at Overbrook Presbyterian Church. All are welcome.

Janet Benedetto - long-time former resident who researched co-authored the neighborhood's successful application for the National Register of Historic Places (designated in 1985).
Greg Pritchard - designer and historian who will share history on our development and how to research your home.

CANDIDATES NIGHT - Tonight at Overbrook Presbyterian Church. Come and meet candidates for State Representative in the 192 district for the seat that was formerly held by Louise Bishop. Candidates attending are Rep. Lynwood Savage, Morgan Cephas , Ed Santana and Jess Johnson. Event starts at 7 pm, but please gather at 6:30 for refreshments, etc. Primary is Tuesday, April 26th.

Tonight at St. Thomas - a series of meetings for neighbors. 6 pm (311 training!); 7 pm (PSA1 meeting!) and 8 pm (Town Watch organizational meeting). If you can make it out for any of these, particularly Town Watch, we would appreciate it. This is a critical step in our efforts to help in creating a safer, more secure neighborhood for all.
