**I am currently seeking out the victims of this get rich quick FACADE who are wiling to come forward whether anonymously or on the record . I have been pushing for this for almost two years now. Well.. since May of 2019. That's the time period I was taken to Raleigh. I noticed the drug problem- IMMEDIATELY.

So, what does all this have to do with the article? It has EVERYTHING TO DO WITH IT. This is a PERFECT EXAMPLE of the neglect that I have been speaking out about for 2 years. This is MEDICAL MALPRACTICE, NEGLECT, DELIBERATE INDIFFERENCE, UNSANITARY CONDITIONS and the list goes ON AND ON AND ON.
Who in this group is NOT aware of their rights under the 8th amendment? If you aren't, I have no problem explaining it to you guys. It is ABSOLUTELY OKAY to NOT know, but what I am absolutely NOT OKAY WITH, is anyone who actually doesn't know NOT raising their hand and saying, I am unaware of ALL my rights under that amendment. THERE ARE SEVERAL. It turns out that ya actually have MORE RIGHTS IN PRISON than ya do on the street!!!! So, depending on how many people raise their hands, I may just write a post explaining a few things OR a Live video explaining them. It would be easier to do that.

So, I'm obviously working on a lawsuit against one of their prisons. Once that one is done, we will move on to the next. At this point, I think they should ALL be sued, but the women's prison in Raleigh is an EMERGENCY situation and something must be done FAST.
When I was on the inside I made PROMISES to these women.. some of whom are ACTUALLY innocent and have been in there for YEARS, some of whom I still write to TODAY. And yes, I said YEARS- not months- YEARS. My BFF, Amy Freeman, was busted for stealing $110 worth of dog food. DOG FOOD!!!!!!!! She literally got FIVE YEARS for trying to FEED HER DOG. WHY are these women ACCEPTING this behavior? WHY are YOU, the reader, ACCEPTING this behavior? Why are the RESIDENTS of NORTH CAROLINA ACCEPTING THIS BEHAVIOR?!?!......
In NJ.... We had some VERY similar problems going on in OUR prison and jails system in our state akin to what you have going on, BUT. ... it wasn't as bad NOR anywhere NEAR as obvious or inhumane. The jail here had so many individual lawsuits that they would settle outside of court...... but then someone like ME got locked up there and it resulted in a HUGE CLASS ACTION much like I am working on now. 😁😁 They then were FORCED to make changes after the exposure and all we got em for was overcrowding, drug withdrawal and suicides. I have eight classes in this action so far.
-You now receive your prescription medications no matter WHAT THEY ARE. (Yes- you get your methadone. Not nothing. Not a "withdrawal protocol" but they dose you AT THE JAIL.)
-Street addicts are offered a Suboxone program and leave WITH A PRESCRIPTION AND an appointment for the clinic.
-We DO NOT HAVE a BAIL SYSTEM any longer. First- they did "bail reform". This was back when they first started making the changes. FIRST they tried to only take the people with bails OVER $1K, right? They did that for a while and then just recently- this year I believe- got rid of bails COMPLETELY. There is now a "point system". So, no matter what you're charged with, if your points are low enough, you get out of jail the next day when the judge says "please get the F out of my jail" Lol. That is how you conduct yourself when a person "shall be innocent UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY". AS A RESULT, people don't HAVE to plead guilty to a crime they DID NOT COMMIT- JUST so that they can just get OUT OF JAIL FASTER, like I "HAD to do" in 2011. That's what my lawyer told me and when I said I refuse to plead guilty to ANY CRIME that I CLEARLY didnt commit! Some states have ruled Alford pleas unconstitutional. THIS law TAKES that power AWAY from the state! THIS is what WORKING FOR THE PEOPLE ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE!!
How many innocent women at NCCIW guys?! Think about it. Sit down and have a moment with your INNER SELVES.
-Recidivism has gone down DRAMATICALLY due to the above listed efforts. The sobriety rate is increasing as a result of these efforts. No more innocent people are locked up HERE as a result of these efforts. The change is up to YOU. You got to stop voting for the same type of lies that you have been for SO LONG. I don't mind being the "bad guy" if it opens your EYES. MOFOS are asleep!!!!
-The death penalty no longer exists. (Trump is about to fry one of the few women on death row from NC before he leaves office. She will be the first woman to be executed by the federal government since the 1970's!!!!!!!!! That's 50 years guys. That is HALF OF A CENTURY.

So, when I went to do my second bid, NCCIW HAD CHANGED DRAMATICALLY. Yes, the mold and the AC issues were always prevalent, but the drugs? What happened?!.... That WAS my question! And for a STUPID SMART person like me who watches, listens, pays attention but is also street wise.... it ain't too hard to figure out what is going on. Sometimes all it takes is for the state of NC to extradite the RIGHT person from out of town who has family in politics. 🤣😁😁 They got the right one this time alright.
"What IS going on?", you may be asking yourself... and after two years I finally have an answer for you.
In 2006 I moved down to Otway, NC from Philadelphia. It's a tiny town in Carteret County, super rural, which is in the Morehead City/Beaufort, Atlantic Beach/Emerald Isle area. At the TIME, I was literally THE biggest Heroine addict from the Philly area and STILL could NOT FIND ONE bag of dope. That would indicate that there WAS NONE back in 2006-2012. I would have had to go to like Raleigh for that if I had wanted it that bad and would have if I knew where to go out there. If I can't find it, it is just not available.
So, I get extradited down there 7 YEARS LATER- SIX WEEKS from my 5 YEARS CLEAN date and ALL OF A SUDDEN they got this HUUUGE drug problem in the towns there, in those rural towns. People walking up and down Route 70 with backpacks. Homeless men and women and dogs. I mean... at what point do we say ENOUGH!? They're just locking up ADDICTS FOR 6-8 YEARS on a first offense for "selling drugs" when they have literally ONLY COMMITED "possession" because they want to make a political name for themselves for "catching the bad guys".
Where I come from, they dont even TAKE YOU TO JAIL FOR ONE NIGHT FOR THAT!!!!!!! That's IF they didn't take your s**t and tell ya to leave and actually charge you with possession. A misdemeanor here no matter WHAT SUBSTANCE. SIMPLE POSSESSION IS NOT A CRIME. They don't even bother to charge you because prison is NOT A REHAB nor is it a MENTAL HOSPITAL.
The other issue is that they have that Suboxone running RAMPANT through that facility so they can keep YOU addicted so they can lock you RIGHT BACK UP AGAIN and it ALL falls back to the "drug taxes". The POLICE are the ones bringing it in! In other words.... this is all a SCAM. This is so that one, they can make themselves look good politically and two, the state can profit off of the "drug taxes". The ONLY STATE WITH A MANDATORY 6-8 YEAR prison sentence for a FIRST OFFENSE and I mean misdemeanor OR FELONY. CLEAN RECORDS. TBH... it's a deep red state and it is NOT working out for y'all at ALL. SOMETHING needs to change or NOTHING IS GOING TO CHANGE.
SOMETHING is OFF with this government and I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE DOING. This post needs to EXPLODE. If you can't share from this group, feel free to share it from my personal page. (I'll make it public).
