If it were not for the Philadelphia Cultural Fund, Hybridge Arts Collective would not be able to present Philadelphia's new and emerging artists and offer tickets as low as $5 with a home cooked meal. Please, support the Philadelphia Cultural Fund as they urge City Council to increase PCF Funding back to the 2010 levels of $3.2 million.
Since 2010, Philadelphia has left the fund to operate under a slashed budget, while the cultural community continues to return $3.3 billion dollars in yearly economic impact, provides 44,000 jobs, and generates $169 million in state and local taxes.
If you consider yourself to be an artist, a patron of the arts, and/or a citizen of Philadelphia, I encourage you to pledge your support for PCF Funding and Arts Education.
