Welcome to Pay It Forward Mt Airy & Chestnut Hill! All items posted here are 100% FREE!
I created this group to HELP OUR NEIGHBORS - when someone does a good deed for you, you pay the good deed forward by doing good for someone else.
There is ZERO tolerance for bashing and arguments. If this arises the members involved will be removed.
We only approve members that live in the Mt Airy & Chestnut Hill Community and some surrounding areas.
GROUP ETIQUETTE
We shouldn’t need a lot of rules. This a group based on altruism.
Please post any appropriate donation items as well as events & services.
HOW TO POST & RESPOND:
Donor: Post your FREE item(s)
Recipient: If you want something just say so.
Donor: If someone types interested - PM your address or pickup location to recipient—usually your home on porch or at door.
Recipient: Tell the donor when you will be to pick it up.
Donor: Type at top of your post: PPU which means Pending Pickup
Donor: If you get a no show send a reminder. No response within a day or several hours (or whatever you are comfortable with) it’s available again.
Donor: When it’s picked up please delete your post.
In Search Of Something (ISO):
Post all ISO requests in the Pinned File at the top of the page which is dedicated to ISOs. Unapproved ISO posts in the main posting area will be deleted.
ISOs are cleared out monthly however you may repost the next month.
SPECIAL REQUESTS:
If your ISO is for a charity or the like please ask permission & if approved I will let you know how to post it with the items for donation so it doesn’t get deleted.

If you try to sell ANY items received from our site it is an AUTOMATIC removal and block! We will not tolerate this behavior!
