What if the leaders our school communities need are already sitting in our classrooms?

This year, our Junior Coaches stepped up as role models, problem-solvers, and community builders. Through every game, conflict, and connection, they’ve shown us what it means to lead with kindness and courage.

When asked what makes a great leader, one Junior Coach left us with a simple but powerful reminder: “Treat others the way you want to be treated.”

Maybe great leaders aren’t the loudest voices in the room. Maybe they’re the students who make sure no one has to play alone, listen to others’ ideas, and choose kindness every day. And that kind of impact speaks volumes. 💙
