Colors have been used for centuries as a tool for healing and wellness. The colors we wear on a daily basis can have a significant impact on our mood, emotions, and even physical well-being. For example, blue is known for its calming and soothing effects, while red can stimulate energy and passion. Green is associated with balance and harmony, and yellow with joy and optimism. By intentionally choosing colors that resonate with our inner needs, we can tap into the healing powers of color and enhance our overall sense of well-being. So, the next time you get dressed, think about the message you want to send to yourself and the world through the colors you wear.

I teach about the power of color therapy and many more healing modalities in the Sacred Woman Program. Follow for more details.
