Discover the power of fresh, living foods in this hands-on Spring Sprouting class. You’ll learn how to easily grow your own nutrient-dense sprouts at home using simple, affordable methods. We’ll cover the best seeds to use, step-by-step sprouting techniques, and how to incorporate sprouts into everyday meals for maximum flavor and health benefits.
We will enjoy several dishes made with different types of sprouts.

-Salad with Sprouted Chickpea Hummus and Sprouted Hummus Dressing
Recipes are included!
In-person attendees will be provided with their own jar and seeds to enjoy sprouts at home. 🌱
