The Chairman of FACT Experience, Mr. Samuel Brown, received an award recognizing the great work that is being done in our community. The positive impact on fathers and children and their families hasn't gone unnoticed. In our continued support, from the internal and external executive board members, family, friends, FACT families and affiliates, we salute and commend you for a job well done, thus far and all the effort to keep this mission moving forward! With his great leadership, we will continue to build stronger fathers, families and communities! And That's a FACT!

On behalf of F.A.C.T. Experience, in collaboration with Council President Kenyatta Johnson, we would like to extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who attended the Fatherhood Symposium on Saturday, June 6, at Vare Recreation Center. 💙🧡

There is an old adage that says, “It takes a village to raise a child.” What is often left unsaid is that the child should one day return to help strengthen the village that helped raise them. This event was not simply a celebration of Father’s Day, because fathers should be actively involved in their children’s lives every day. Rather, it was an opportunity to raise awareness about the importance of fatherhood and to engage in meaningful dialogue about the ripple effects a father’s absence can have on children, families, and communities.

🤝Together, we can continue building stronger fathers, stronger families, and stronger communities.

🏀 One decision can change everything.

In a moment of anger, it’s easy to focus on what’s happening right in front of you. What’s harder is thinking about everyone who will be affected afterward.

👨‍👧 A child waiting for you to come home.
🎓 A graduation you’ll miss.
🎂 A birthday you’ll never celebrate together.
❤️ A partner left to carry the weight alone.

Violence doesn’t just impact one person. The effects spread through families, neighborhoods, and generations. That’s the RIPPLE EFFECT.

✋🏾 Before you make a decision you can’t take back, think about who’s counting on you.

Choose peace. Choose your future.

📅 Join us June 6 at the 2026 Fatherhood Symposium as we explore the impact of violence and mass incarceration on fatherhood, families, and communities.
