Pennsylvanians for a Healthy Workplace Join the campaign to recruit Pennsylvania residents to share their stories and collaborate in the fig Together, we can make a difference.

We are part of the Healthy Workplace Campaign, an outgrowth of the Workplace Bullying Institute's efforts. We are seeking legislation to redress the damages caused to individuals and businesses by workplace bullying. Help us work towards finding a legislative sponsor in 2017 for a Pennsylvania healthy workplace bill.

Congratulations to Puerto Rico for becoming the first jurisdiction to adopt a law against Workplace Bullying!! This is exciting news and it shows that these laws are needed and that they can and should be adopted. Tell Harrisburg to pass the Healthy Workplace Act HB1693.

Throw the pandemic’s mental health impact into the mix, and work-related stress is likely to reach staggering levels in the coming months. Business leaders need to brace themselves for this aftershock and be prepared to meet a dramatically heightened need for support and services." Now more then ever we need legislation to protect employees Mental Health. They won't do it on their own without being legally required too.

We know there are so many things that need to be addressed (Better Access to Treatment, Education to end Stigma, Insurance, etc.), but where do you start? When will people realize that sexual harassment IS Workplace Bullying and treat them as the same disgusting act? Tell your Legislators to pass the Healthy Workplace Act HB1693 so PA can start to eliminate this from our places of employment.

Policymakers have enjoyed a free pass in discussions over what to do in response to the sexual harassment allegations taking down Hollywood producers, news media titans and actors.

With these numbers, why is it so hard for PA Legislators to pass the Healthy Workplace Act ? We need to hold them accountable.
