Another exciting week in the 8th district! We celebrated one of the Police departments most beloved, appreciated, dedicated Officers retirement. P/O Cinnamon Hill, the Community Relations Officer for the 8th district has retired. She will not only be missed by her peers, but especially by the lives she touched in the community. We wish her all the happiness on the next chapter of her life.
Captain DeBlassis, P/O Mazzoni, P/O Rogers,
P/O Squares, P/O Sackosky, and P/O Delarosa all took part in the apprehension of 5 suspects who committed a robbery, stolen auto and aggravated assault on police.
Lastly, we celebrated a BIG achievement for 2 of our supervisors. Lt Sweeney and Sgt Auman both have reached the 30 years of service mark. This is an impressive achievement and we are so lucky to have them both continue their service in the 8th district.
