Hi Friend with the Supreme court decision to reverse the congressional district in PA.

The Latino Community has an opportunity in the new 7th Congressional district which covers the Allentown & Bethlehem communities in the 222 corridors. Philadelphia Latino community has been now slipt into two districts 3rd which house the central and South Americans (Mexican, Guatemalan, Argentian, Ecuadorians and other Latinos) and the 2nd which house the majority of Carribean community as well as some of the South American (Puerto Rican, Dominican, Colombian & Brazilian) and the majority of the Latino non-profits. The Latino community of Reading become an influential community on the 6th Congressional and closing up with Lancaster on the 11 Congressional district. The rest of the now growing Latino community is now in the 9th congressional district which includes Lebanon, York, Kutztown & some of Halztown among other counties.
