BRAIN DUMP 🧠🚯

As an active, committed , navigating this world can be challenging. Emotions, feelings, and thoughts can often feel like enemy tactics meant to keep you stagnant and hinder your growth in Christ. Secrets are revealed, hurt and pain are processed, and the journey of acceptance and forgiveness unfolds. Despite all this, I am reminded time and time again that my Father, God, doesn’t play about me. He is faithful and has kept every promise.

Redemption is free; you just need to step into what God has already given you. Live your life and remember that karma is always ready to return what you’ve sown, tenfold, and this will carry on for generations if you don’t step into your purpose—God’s purpose.

But what do I know? I’ve only been God’s vessel since I was born. I used to joke with my sister that in another 2,000 years, there might be a new book called , detailing how God used me for 40 years of my life and how faithful I remained through some of the darkest times. Because of my obedience, God showered me abundantly after year 40. 😂

Anyways, this is my bi-monthly mental dump on how my brain processes the life that God has blessed me with. Amen.

In the wisdom of the scriptures, it is said, 'Whatever one sows, that will he also reap' (Galatians 6:7). Our actions are seeds planted in the soil of life, and just as a bad seed yields a bitter harvest, so too will deceit and betrayal inevitably bear the fruit of emptiness and regret. Yet the Good Book also teaches us that 'if we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness' (1 John 1:9). If your heart carries the weight of a wrong done, know that only true remorse and sincere asking for forgiveness can open the doors to the full blessings that God and life offer. Until then, one walks in a self-imposed wilderness, far from the Promised Land of grace and peace.

if you've knowingly wronged someone, don't expect life to offer you its best. Know that divine justice is at work, and be assured that until you seek sincere forgiveness, I'll bear witness to the unfolding of your consequences.

The Universe = God.

In God's vast creation, we may feel insignificant, but within us, hearts of love and purity exist. God recognizes these soft hearts and shapes destinies in their favor. They are God's lanterns, carrying His divine light and kindness.

God is not distant but an intimate presence reflecting our spirits. He hears our whispered dreams, feels our hopes, and nurtures our aspirations.

God acknowledges every pure intention and act of love. For those with gentle hearts, He doesn't merely respond—He moves, reshapes, and molds destinies. He opens paths where there were obstacles.

God does not favor a select few. He honors authenticity and rewards those brave enough to live their truth. For God believes in the transformative power of love, kindness, and pure intentions.

I've never been a fan of moving fast. Never been a fan of shortcuts. Always was old fashion when it comes to reaping my rewards. I always worked hard and SMART because in the end It truly builds character and makes you appreciate the journey and share your story unapologetically and authentically.

I'm so happy to be in a space of taking my time. And what's for me, will be for me. And what isn't just mean that God got something else in store for me. I believe that in the end, my life has already been written.

This is just a friendly reminder that, life is a marathon. Focus on you. Ain't no race, ain't no finish line either. Use other success story to motivate you, there's room for everyone to build, grow, and become the best version they can be. It's important to cheer your circle on.

Never did I imagine ever being here. Happy, and peacefully in love, raising my family, and having the most supportive husband to help me live out my philanthropy work. I’ve live a lot of life, and as a single mom I was convinced that I’ll be just that my whole life..

When you see me birthing babies in my lates 30s into my 40s just know I lived a lot of life to finally slow down and appreciate this.

After our last child, and coming home from our My husband and I collectively came to the agreement that we like the freedom or getting back to our marriage and getting back to dating and essentially We are so happy with the 3 we have! So we’ve scheduled a cause lawd knows I can’t go through that type of recovery of another C-section and the unknown or getting my tubes tied would be reaching. I have put my body through enough trauma, it’s his turn to take the hit…

Welp.. Apparently we got pregnant just before we agreed no more children. 😂 We just be getting it in and hella In love 🤣 This man can’t keep his hands off me!

I was very early here, about 16 weeks pregnant. For some strange odd reason you look bigger the second, third, hell the fourth go around! I would share I was only 3 1/2 months and people wouldn’t believe me! I would be 8months and people would ask if I’m having twins.. I’m a little petite thang.. 5’4 110pounds and my husband is 6’7 240pds do the math 🥰

is a surprise baby because we don’t know the gender, and with a few weeks left we still ain’t got a name.

We’re excited! And God knew we needed one last McCarty before closing up shop!

Heal so you can hear what is being said without the filter of your wounds.

Often time it is our trauma that blocks us from understanding someone during any conversation. I say any.. because ptsd come and go and show up when convenient and often involuntarily. It could be an easy casual conversation but those who have suffered any sort of heartbreak, pain, confusion, and or hurt often listen with the intent to respond but said it best “Most people don't listen with the intent to understand; they listen with the intent to reply.”

So Imma need y’all to heal. Or work on healing.. because we also know that healing is a process and it could take years..

11 years ago on July 6, I gave birth to a beautiful little girl. Alone.

I felt so conflicted when I wrote this song because it was an unfamiliar feeling, I wanted to feel happy yet I felt like I failed her already because I knew bringing her into this world she would only know me as both parents. I literally grew up overnight. it felt like all the lessons I learned about life in 27 years came crashing down and I needed to be the ultimate provider.

I didn't know know what I had been feeling even had a name for it. But I fell into a deep depression for 2 years and finally in the 3rd year I gasp for air because I felt like I was drowning and I literally had a whole mini-me who legit would be watching everything I do and how I'm doing it. In the 4th year, I accepted the faith and released "hope" and I never felt lighter. By the 5th year, I finally stepped into the person I needed to be for her and for me at the time.

Surya my now eleven-year-old is my biggest lesson. and while it was painful the first 5-6 years, God knew what he was doing the entire time. She truly made me the woman I am today. This is an unedited video I posted 11 years ago of a song I wrote about being a New Mom. A new single mom

My words of encouragement for new moms, especially single moms. There's no rule book to this but just know everything will work out it took 5-6 years for me to realize mine.
