Tomorrow is the opening of the Mysteries, Copies, and Forgeries exhibition.

This exhibit displays artworks that may not be what they appear to be. Are these artworks genuine pieces, or did a forger create them? Will we ever know the answers? Or will they remain a mystery?

See if you can tell by visiting the Museum.

What counts as q***r art?

Join us as we explore that question in the next Member Talk on June 23 at Noon with Lily F. Scott, where we'll look at the LGBTQIA+ art in the museum's collection. We will examine pieces created by artists such as Zoe Leonard and Marsden Hartley and those that showcase individuals like Sappho and James Baldwin.

We use the word "q***r" to respectfully acknowledge the community's reclamation of the term.
