Group classes and camps incorporate a play-to-learn environment that provides a learning experience filled with fun motivating workouts, and friends helping each other accomplish individual and group goals as a team. Private lessons can help catch up on some lost time, fine tune some specific skills, or start from scratch and build up the foundations of a reliable and healthy style of play, conducive to your individual strengths and personal goals and desired level of play.
