Kearse, MSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Fayetteville State University. Tiffany has more than 10 years of experience working with youth, adults, individuals, and families. Tiffany gained experience providing therapeutic interventions for
youth ages 7-21 years old. She also worked with adults and families to facilitate a holistic approach in their recovery process. Tiffany has supported clients in their journey to effectively manage anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Tiffany enjoys working with youth and families from various backgrounds including the LGBT+ community. Tiffany specializes in strength based practices that empower clients to recognize their strengths to improve their overall health and wellbeing. Treatment modalities such as Cognitive- Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy, are used to implement a person-centered approach with each client. Individuals, groups, and families are provided with the tools to address mental and behavioral health diagnoses as well as emotional challenges. Tiffany creates an environment where clients are empowered to achieve their goals.
