Launch of Philadelphia

Launch of Philadelphia LAUNCH provides communities with the support & tools all learners need for success in school and life

Remember when Jalen Hurts launched the game sealing touchdown pass to Devonta Smith in the Super Bowl? I am sure you do. That successful pass and the smiles that came along with it are the same smiles we see when our youth and adults complete our programs. Just like the Eagles, we hit success high and low, inside we fly —we see our students launch into their best selves. We want you to also join us at our “superbowl” celebration on Saturday, October 17th for our 40th Anniversary event and see how our quarterback, President & CEO, Nyne Sellers, has thrown a touchdown pass to our organization. GO Launch! Thank you to Philadelphia Insurance Companies and the Eagles for inviting Launch of Philadelphia to the Eagles Care Power Hour at Training Camp!

Happy first day of school! 🍎📚 As we kick off a new year with Launch Philly, we’re taking a moment to look back with gratitude. Our students showed up ready to learn this summer, and it is only because of our incredible programs that they were able to shine. Thank you for pouring into our kids and setting them up for a successful fall. Let’s make this year the best one yet!

Thank you, phillies , for providing our staff with a much-needed outing! ⚾️

Our staff has been working hard behind the scenes preparing for our 40th anniversary celebration, while continuing to support and serve the families who have trusted us throughout the years.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to pause, recharge, and celebrate the incredible team that makes our work possible. Here’s to 40 years of serving families and making a difference in our community! ❤️

We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, PA Smart, and Truist Foundation for their generous $50,000 grant, which has helped Launch of Philadelphia establish a new Registered Apprenticeship Program in Artificial Intelligence.

This investment represents more than funding—it is an investment in people, opportunity, and the future of our communities. Through this partnership, we are creating pathways for underserved individuals to gain access to cutting-edge skills, meaningful careers, and economic mobility in one of the fastest-growing industries in the world.

We are grateful for the collaboration and support of our partners who share our commitment to building stronger, more resilient communities. When we invest in education, workforce development, and innovation, we create healthier environments where individuals and families can thrive.

Thank you to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, PA Smart, and Truist Foundation for helping make these opportunities possible for our students and for believing in the power of workforce development to transform lives.
