Nadiya’s Hands offers direct assistance to Ukrainians who are suffering the consequences of the Russo-Ukrainian War of 2022. Our mission is to provide:
1) Material support (such as food, water, hygiene kits) for internally displaced refugees within Ukraine. Typically, this involves the local purchase of goods that are delivered to shelters or other places in need.
2) Monetary support for those who

remain in the war zone, and who experience a loss of income, or who suffer from other extraordinary hardship due to the war, such as loss of a home, loss of family, or hospitalization.
3) Monetary support for civilian organizations who assist the defensive efforts of the Ukrainian Army with handmade items such as bullet-proof vests, tank netting, and balaclavas.
4) Support for Refugee Resettlement in the United States. Nadiya’s Hands is named in honor of Valentyna Levytsky’s mother. Valentyna is a Philadelphia resident, who was born and raised in Ukraine. Valentyna had been caring for Nadiya, who suffered from Parkinson’s Disease, in her Kyiv apartment when the war broke out. A week later, as conditions deteriorated, Valentyna took Nadiya to relative safety in Lviv, where she passed away a few days later. Valentyna, meanwhile, began providing care to refugees in Lviv, and later returned to her family in Philadelphia, where she and her husband continue their efforts in Nadiya’s name. Please consider making a contribution to Nadiya’s Hands so we can help those who continue to suffer in war-ravaged Ukraine.

Попри відстань, ваша підтримка ближча, ніж здається. English version below.

Even from a distance, your support feels close to home.

A heartfelt thank you to Vallia Levytsky and Sean from Nadiya's Hands foundation for their generous $2,500 donation to support Ukrainian field medics. What makes their contribution even more meaningful is the extra effort they made to personally hand it over to a Leleka representative at an event in the U.S.

Thanks to their generosity, we’ve already purchased and delivered critical tactical medical supplies to the frontline.

Your commitment and solidarity remind us that we’re all in this fight together, with the world standing by our side. Thank you!

A drop of water from a spring nourishes the river, which flows into the sea or ocean—powerful forces that can make a difference. Every effort toward Ukraine's victory and support for our defenders is like a drop, whether big or small. This time, we have chosen to direct our small stream to the Foundation / БФ Лелека-Україна. We trust in their mission to rescue the lives of injured soldiers and civilians. Let’s save lives together!

PS We are grateful for your trust, for every contribution, for every little drop. By the way, a stork symbolizes life

Thank you to everyone who supported the East Falls Fundraiser for Ukraine. We raised over $20,000 through tickets, online auction sales, and donations.

It was a wonderful gathering of people from in and around East Falls at the Fallser Club's inaugural event.

A special thanks to our business sponsors, as well as those who donated items for the auction, particularly to the Honorable Dwight Evans who was in attendance.

Nadiya's Hands was among the recipients. Other organizations were Zgraya, a volunteer group helping victims of the war, and Best Friends Animal Shelter outside of Kyiv.
